The Beauty of Art

Hey guys! First of all thanks so much for 1,000 subscribers to this blog. I never thought it would get to even past 100 and this is so sureal to think about. Thanks for all the support I have gotten so far!

Today I wanted to talk a little bit about art and how it is actually a great hobby to have. I think that there is a stigma of “you have to be good at art to like it.” Personally, I don’t think that is true because we all have to start somewhere and build up our skills.

Art is very theraputic. It takes your mind over the million things in life and lets you just focus on what you are doing at that time. I really recommend it as a form of meditation because you can just relax and have some quiet time to just draw or paint or take pictures.

I think especially for mental health, you need a good surrounding to just be calm and relaxed both physically and mentally. A couple of my friends and I are going to start going to differnt cafes and just having time to relax and just draw. That will honestly help so much with just taking time off to just not think about stressful things for once.

I hope you guys get some inspiration from that. Try picking up an art form such as music, photography, pottery, painting, drawing, etc. Create that safe space for you to just relax your mind because that is very important.
