Hey! Today I decided to share with you some of my favorite things/ways to relax and have a bit of a pamper session. I feel that treating yourself to a relaxing evening is great for everyone but can be forgotten a lot. So I’m going to be sharing with you some of the ways that I like to relax. Let’s get started!
I think that the number one essential for a pamper evening is a bath. I love putting bath bombs in mine because they make your bath more fun and have great skin benefits. Also never say you are too old for bubbles because you’re not. During this time you could catch up on people’s blogs or videos or maybe even read a book.
Sometime during the session, I will treat my face to a more in depth cleansing process because the skin on your face is really important and you need to really get everything out once in a while. This is probably when I will use something to exfoliate my face with. Other people might prefer a face mask over this which is good but I never use them.
The next thing to remember while having your pamper session is to fix up your nails. I feel that so many people forget about their nails and if you are like me, your nails take on a lot of work. Taking care of your nails is important and doing it during a relaxation evening is the perfect time to fix them up a bit.
